It was also hard to understand how to send the text for revision. So as a result, I wrote to the support and the writer and they fixed the mistakes.

The text is sent as an image and there is no possibility to check it for grammar mistakes or plagiarism. Anyway, the support and writer were helpful and the essay is easy to follow.
